BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and lie is hereby authorized to approve an annual
maintenance agreement from SoftwareOne, Inc., of Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Microsoft Office
365 that is used by all City Departments in the arnount of $81,884.76.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goveriunent Code, Chapter 551.
