BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Braid Nepveux and Biguita Hernandez -Smith are appointed to the Community
Development Advisory Committee by Councilmember Mike Getz. The term will commence
October 17, 2023, and expire September 30, 2025; and,
THAT Darius Linton and Shedrick Evan are appointed to the Community Development
Advisory Committee by Councilnienrber Chris Durio. The term will commence October 17,
2023, and expire September 30, 2025.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Governnient Code, Chapter 551.
