BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Sina Nejad is appointed to the Plaiuiing and Zoning Conunission by
Councilmember Mike Getz. The terms will commence October 17, 2023, and expire September
30, 2025; and,
THAT Darius Linton is appointed to the Planning and Zoning Conunission by
Couneilmember Chris Durio. The term will cominence October 17, 2023, and expire September
30, 2025.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
coinpliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
