BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into contracts for the
purchase of eight {8) homes that were flooded in Hurricane Harvey in conjunction with the
approved CDBG-DR Local Bury-out/Acquisition funding.
