BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
Wastewater pretreatment testing for use by the Water Utilities Department with North Water
District Laboratory Services, of Conroe, Texas in the amount of $54,150.00,
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goveriuuent Code, Chapter 551.
