BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of twelve
(12) golf carts for use at the Henry Hor berg Golf Course in the amount of $101,823.24 from the
E-Z-Go Division of Textron, Inc., of Augusta, Georgia.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
