BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of one (1)
OBD DCL800SM Debris Collection vacuum truck for use in the Streets and Drainage Division in
the an -to -wit of $267,207.89 from Houston Freightliner, of Houston, Texas through the H-GAC
contract.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont tl the 10th day of October,
2023.
