BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of one (t)
Hydrovac 500- gallon excavation trailer for use in the Water Distribution Division In the amount of
$54,150.65 from Vermeer, of Cypress, Texas through the Buyboard contract.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
