HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 23-200RESOLUTION NO. 23-200 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit a grant application and execute a contract with the Texas Department of Transportation to receive Operating Assistance funds for the Zip bus system in the amount of $496,914.00. The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
