BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Brian Nepveaux is appointed to the Police Department Community
Advisory Committee to fill the unexpired term of Karl Duerr. The term will commence
June 27, 2023, and expire September 30, 2023.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
June, 2023.
