BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to award an agreement
with CDM Smith, Inc., of Houston, Texas for the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions
Request for Qualifications to ensure the City's compliance with meeting the
requirements from the Environmental Protection Agency's Revised Lead and Copper
Rule.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
June, 2023.

Please be advised your company has been awarded the above referenced contract with the Cit
Beaumont. The provisions and requirements of the agreement are stated in RFQ No. VV-U0323-10.
Please submit your proposal to the Water Utilities Department for the services requested in the
UQ.
Upon Execution of Contract
Upon Completion of Project
All orders shall be accompanied by a Purchase Order number to be provided upon execution of
contract). The Purchase Order number must appear on all delivery tickets and invoices. Payment
by City to Vendor shall be made in accordance with the requirement of Texas Government Code
§2251.021.
