BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT-
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to allow the Chief
Magistrate the authority to dispose of unadjudicated Class C misdemeanor cases fifteen
(15) years and older pursuant to Tex. Code Crim Proc. Art. 103.0081.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
