BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS, Request for Proposals (RFP) were solicited for the use of collection
services by Central Collections; and,
WHEREAS, the proposal of I.C. Systems, Inc., of Saint Paul, Minnesota, scored
the highest after evaluation by City staff for scope of services, demonstrated experience,
and cost of servicesl effectiveness, as shown below; and,

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the proposal submitted by the I.C.
Systems, Inc., of Saint Paul, Minnesota, for collection services by Central Collections
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are
hereby, in all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT the proposal submitted by I.C. Systems, Inc., of Saint Paul, Minnesota for
collection services by Central Collections be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
