BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an annual
Maintenance Agreement with SHI Government Solutions, Inc., of Austin, Texas, through
the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract in the amount
of $61,062.36, for use by all City Departments for access to Microsoft Office 365 and
technical support from Microsoft.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute all related documents relating to the purchase of the above
described software.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
October, 2022.
