BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the`following reappointment be made:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Carlos Hernandez is appointed to the Police
Department Community Advisory Committee to fill the unexpired term of Alma Hodge.
The term will commence October 25, 2022 and expire September 30, 2023.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted. in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
