BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of One (1) Doggett 310P
articulated dump truck for use at the Landfill, in the amount of $466,741.00. This will
replace unit 5094.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute payment in the amount of $466,741.00 as shown on Exhibit "A" attached.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
