BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of One (1) Case 621 G ZBAR T4
wheel loader for use in the Water Utilities Department in the amount of $182,245.68,
which will replace unit 5135,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute payment in the amount of $182,245.68.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
October, 2422.
