BE IT RESOLVES BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Interim City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Letter of
Intent between the City of Beaumont and OCI Beaumont, LLC to allow a third party to
perform a site study at the City's landfill and wastewater treatment facility_
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
55'1 _
PASSES BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
