BE IT F2ESOL\/EID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Interim City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve emergency
work to be performed by B-C Company, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas, in the estimated
amount Of $75,422.08, for the repair of the precision approach path indicator lights
located at Beaumont Municipal Airport_
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
55'1 _
