BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an added module to the ESO
software solution for Fire records management from ESO Solutions, Inc., of Dallas.
Texas, the sole source having exclusive rights to modify and maintain the software, in
the amount of $78,027.35, for use by the Fire Department.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
