BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Interim City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive
grant funding through HEB Community Investment for the Beaumont Public Library
Summer Reading Club; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Interim City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized to apply for and receive grant funding through The Foundation for
Southeast Texas for the Beaumont Public Library Summer Reading Club; and,
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED THAT the Interim City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to apply for and receive grant funding through Entergy Corporate and
Foundation Giving for the Beaumont Public Library Summer Reading Club.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
June, 2022.
