BE IT RES(DL\/EE:) BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT=
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a 500 KW diesel generator set
for use by the Water Utilities [Department at the Prison Water Tanks and Lift Station
facility from Mustang CAT, of Houston, Texas, a sole source vendor, in the amount of
$1 75,354.00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
55'1 _
