WHEREAS, Chris Boone and Todd Simoneaux are currently authorized as
signatories on City of Beaumont accounts with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank; and
WHEREAS, Cheryl Ray is hereby authorized as signatory for City of Beaumont
accounts with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank effective April 27, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, Christine Orchid and Stephanie Hardy are currently authorized to
initiate electronic funds (wire) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit
with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank; and,
WHEREAS, Courtney Talmadge is hereby granted authority to initiate electronic
funds (wire) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit with Wells Fargo
and Allegiance Bank effective April 27, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, Todd Simoneaux and Angela Breeden are currently authorized to
approve electronic funds (wire) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit
with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank; and,
WHEREAS, Cheryl Ray is hereby granted authority to approve electronic funds
(wire) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit with Wells Fargo and
Allegiance Bank effective April 27, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby,
in all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT Cheryl Ray is hereby authorized as signatory for City of Beaumont
accounts with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank effective April 27, 2022; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Courtney Talmadge is hereby granted
authority to initiate electronic funds (wire) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds
on deposit with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank effective April 27, 2022; and,
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED THAT Cheryl Ray is hereby granted authority to
approve electronic funds (wire) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit
with Wells Fargo and Allegiance Bank effective April 27, 2022.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
April, 2022.
