BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an upgrade to the Itron fixed
network software from Republic Meter, Inc., of Dallas, Texas, the sole source having
exclusive rights to modify and maintain the software, in the amount of $104,500.00, for
use by the Water Utilities Department.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
March, 2022.
