BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appointment of Kevin Chase Engman as Assistant City Attorney III for the
City of Beaumont be and the same is hereby approved and his initial salary is
established at $83,000.00 annually together with all other benefits and terms and
conditions of civilian employment as established by policy and budget of the City of
Beaumont.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
