BE IT F2ESOLA/EF_) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager Be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay an invoice in the
amount of $53,923.00 to Coastal Pump Services, Inc_, of Manuel, Texas, for repair of a
vertical mixed flow pump and motor utilized at the Sewer Treatment Plant with the work
being performed as best value to the City due to hidden damages of the equipment.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
