BE IT RES(DLA/EE:) BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Termination of Lease
Agreement between the City of Beaumont and Jefferson County relating to property
located behind 3455 Sarah Street, being Sarah and Warren Street, the South one-half
of Block 19 in the M.C. Cartwright Subdivision in the J.W. Bullock League of the City of
Beaumont.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSES BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
February, 2022.

above -referenced lease, copy attached as Exhibit "A", upon approval by the City Council of Beaumont.
