BE IT RESOL\/EU3 BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of new splash pad
equipment for use by the Parks and Recreation [Department to replace existing
equipment at Sprott Park from Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds 8& Water Parks, of
Spring, Texas, in the amount of $99,095.18 through the BuyBoard Cooperative
Purchasing Program_
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551 _
