BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) Skytrak 12K Telehandler
forklift for use by the Water Utilities Department from Equipment Depot, of Beaumont,
Texas, in the amount of $162,525.00 through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing
Program, with a vendor credit in the amount of $27,000.00 making the total purchase
price $135,525.00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the. 11th day of
January, 2022.
