BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appointment of Sharae Reed as City Attorney for the City of Beaumont be
and the same is hereby approved and her salary is established at $14,583.34 per
month, with a car allowance of $300.00 per month, an administrative allowance of
$100.00 per month, and an annual contribution of $19,500.00 to a retirement account or
program or other purpose of her choice together with all other benefits and terms and
conditions of civilian employment as established by policy and budget of the City of
Beaumont.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
December, 2021.
