BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following appointment be made:

Term

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Sharita Gardner is appointed to the
Convention and Tourism Advisory Board to fill the unexpired term of Brooklyn Williams.
The term will commence November 9, 2021 and expire September 30, 2023.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
