BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a two (2) ambulance boxes to
be mounted to new chassis for use by the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division
from Frazer, Ltd., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $389,248.00 through the
Houston -Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
October, 2021.
