BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of gym equipment for use at the
Lakeside Center from Marathon Fitness, of Sugarland, Texas, in the amount of
$58,636.20 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program, with a vendor
credit in the amount of $1,200.00 making the total purchase price $57,436.20.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551
