BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a four (4) year Onsite
Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Stryker Medical, of Chicago, Illinois, a sole
source provider, in the annual amount of $74,025.95 and total amount of $296,103.80,
for onsite technical service and repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance of Lift
Pack cardio monitors, Power -Loading ambulance bed lifts, Stair -Pro chair systems and
Power Pro ambulance cots for use by the Fire Department and EMS.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
August, 2021.
