BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a payment in the
amount of $137,531.37 to Jefferson County for the City's portion of an annual
maintenance agreement for support of the shared 800 MHz radio system. The
maintenance agreement is effective September 1, 2020 and will terminate August 31,
2021.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliancewith lheTexas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumontthis the 27th day of
July, 2021.
