BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of SETEX Facilities & Maintenance, LLC, of Beaumont, Texas for
the Pine Street Caustic Tank Emergency Replacement Project is hereby accepted and
the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with SETEX
Facilities & Maintenance, LLC, of Beaumont, Texas, for the Pine Street Caustic Tank
Emergency Replacement Project, in the amount of $102,301.60, through the Choice
Partners Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
July, 2021.
