BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a replacement 1250 kW diesel
generator set for use by the Water Utilities Department at the Loeb water well site from
Mustang Cat, of Houston, Texas, a sole source vendor, in the amount of $464,990.00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
