BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of Allegiance Bank for banking services is hereby accepted and the
City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a depository agreement with
Allegiance Bank for the period commencing October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2023,
The contract may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods by mutual
consent of both parties.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
July, 2021.
