BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an Architectural
Services Agreement with Labiche Architectural Firm, of Beaumont, Texas, in the
amount of $65,000.00 for architectural services related to the Municipal Court Third
Floor Build -Out Project.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
March, 2021.
