BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of thirty-four (34) radios for
use by Beaumont Municipal Transit from Motorola Solutions, Inc., of
Schaumburg, Illinois, in the amount of $96,693.80 through the State of Texas
Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things
conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act-, Texas
Government Code, Chapter 551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th
day of December, 2020.
