BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
for the City of Beaumont in an amount up to $50,000.00 from the Texas Department of
Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division for the Routine Airport Maintenance Program
(RAMP) Grant for Beaumont Municipal Airport general airport maintenance and repairs.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
November, 2020.
