ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE RATIFICATION FOR
THE CONVEYANCE AND DEDICATION OF PRIVATE STREETS
LOCATED IN THE SANDLEWOOD SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas hereby approves the
ratification for the conveyance and dedication of private streets located in- the
Sandlewood Subdivision to the City of Beaumont, Texas, subject to the following
condition:
• Speed bumps are to be removed.
The meeting at which this ordinance was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
September, 2020.
