BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposed FY 2021 Capital Program has been received and a public
hearing is hereby scheduled for September 15, 2020 at 1:30 PM in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, 801 Main Street, Beaumont, Texas; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk is to publish notice of said
public hearing pursuant to the Charter of the City of Beaumont.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
t
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
