BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of ten (10) sixteen inch (16") Beck
actuators for use by the Water Utilities Department from Harold Beck and Sons, Inc., of
Newtown, Pennsylvania, a sole source provider, in the estimated amount of $93,105.00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
May, 2020.
