BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of fifty (50) sets of fire protective
clothing for use by the Fire Department from Casco Industries, Inc., of Houston, Texas,
the sole source for Globe Manufacturing Co. equipment, at $2,695.00 per set for an
estimated total cost of $134,750.00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
March, 2020.
