106.01 – Solutions Box Program

Solutions Box Program - The Solutions Box is a means of gathering feedback from members in
the form of suggestions or solutions to organizational issues.
1. Submitting a Suggestion or Solution
1.1. Any member of the department may submit a suggestion/solution by sending an email to
the Solutions Box (Fire.Solutions@beaumonttexas.gov).
2. Review and Disposition of Submissions to the Solutions Box
2.1. The Solutions Box Coordinator will compile a list of email submissions received.
2.1.1. The submissions will be forwarded by email to the Fire Chief.
2.1.2. The Fire Chief will review the submissions and make a determination on each
submission individually.
