RESOLUTION NO. 20-022
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for grant funding in an
amount up to $2,055,000.00 through the Texas Department of Transportation (Tx -DOT)
for the purchase of four (4) small paratransit buses and three (3) large fixed -route buses
for the City's transit services; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to apply for grant funding in an amount
up to $2,055,000.'00 through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the
purchase of four (4) small paratransit buses and three (3) large fixed -route buses for the
City's transit services.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
