BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of upgraded FortiGate 1101 E
Firewall equipment and Fortinet 1000F Sandbox equipment for use by all City
departments from CDW-G, of Chicago, Illinois, in the amount of $99,988.00 through the
State of Texas Department of Information (DIR) contract.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
