BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of five (5) grapple trucks for use
by the Solid Waste Department from Grande Truck Center, of San Antonio, Texas, in
the amount of $1,121,320.00 through the Buyboard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
