BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) mowers for use
by the Parks Division and Streets and Drainage Division from Kubota tractor
Corporation, of Grapevine, Texas, in the total amount of $17,723.80 through the
BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby approves the
purchase of two (2) heavy duty all -terrain vehicles (ATV) for use by the Highway
Maintenance Division from Kubota Tractor Corporation, of Grapevine, Texas, in the total
amount of $33,952.78 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, `Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
